DOA Certificate Process:

  1. Visit the nearest brand-authorized service center.

  2. Obtain a DOA certificate confirming that the device was faulty upon arrival.

Replacement or Upgrade:
Upon submission of a valid DOA certificate, the brand will issue a replacement or upgrade as per their terms.
LAXMI MOBILE acts as a facilitator and is not liable for replacement unless confirmed by the brand.
