πŸ“¦ 1. General Returns

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 1 day from the date of purchase.

Condition of Product:

  • The handset must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • The mobile phone must not be activated, registered, or tampered with in any way.

Point of Return:
All returns must be made at the same store or outlet where the product was purchased.

Documentation Required:

  • A valid purchase invoice (bill) is mandatory.

  • The return request will be processed only after physical verification and mutual agreement between the buyer and seller.

Important Note:
Products once opened, activated, or unsealed are not eligible for return or exchange, unless officially categorized as DOA (Dead on Arrival) by the brand.


⚠️ 2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

Brand Policy Compliance:
All DOA cases will be processed strictly as per the respective brand’s official DOA policy (Apple, Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, etc.).

DOA Certification Process:

  1. Visit the brand-authorized service center within the stipulated period.

  2. Obtain a DOA certificate clearly mentioning the issue and confirming the handset was faulty on arrival.

Replacement / Upgrade:

  • Once the brand verifies and issues a valid DOA certificate, the handset will be replaced or upgraded as per brand guidelines.

  • LAXMI MOBILE will facilitate the process but is not directly liable for replacement unless the brand confirms DOA eligibility.


πŸ“ 3. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Requests without proper documentation or physical verification will not be accepted.

  • Accessories, software, or bundled items once unsealed are non-returnable.

  • Any physical damage, liquid damage, cracked screens, or signs of tampering voids the return policy.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after inspection and confirmation from both the seller and the respective brand.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be credited to the original payment method within 7–15 working days after approval.
